2. Fair-Play Policy

To ensure a fun and competitive environment for all users, we enforce a strict fair-play policy on our ranked matchmaking ladder and multiplayer lobbies:

• You agree not to use external cheat software, browser extensions, automation scripts, or bots to gain an unfair advantage in ranked games.
• You agree not to exploit bugs or network latency to disrupt online multiplayer matches.
• We reserve the right to reset ranked ladder statistics (RP) or prevent access to matchmaking for users who violate these guidelines.

3. User Nicknames & Avatars

When configuring your profile nickname and custom details, you must not use offensive, profane, or inappropriate text. We hold no liability for nicknames generated locally by individual players.

4. Intellectual Property

The visual designs, custom animal character illustrations, animations, and source code of Distactoe are owned by the developers. You may not copy, replicate, redistribute, or reverse-engineer game assets without explicit written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Distactoe is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime for online multiplayer lobbies, nor do we guarantee that local browser save data will never be cleared due to browser configuration resets.
